You are resourceful with previous experience working in production.

Experience working on multiple projects, ideally delivering within film/video pipelines.

ABOUT US:
Creative direction duo Harrison Smith and George Thomson, delivering world-class shows for some of the greatest global acts and brands like Alicia Keys, Pa Salieu and Chase and Status.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a studio and location-based role supporting the UDC team.
As a central point of contact in the studio and on location, we are looking for someone who works well on their own initiative, working alongside Harrison and George to run the team and develop the brand.
We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, with excellent communication skills, who enjoys finding new ways to optimise processes, someone confident with speaking to clients and freelancers, happy to handle day-to-day teams, meeting deadlines, booking travel & accommodation, planning schedules and creating call sheets.
Most importantly, someone who shares our love of the creative world - both the business of creativity and the art of creativity.
In this role, you will be…

Providing direct support to the directors and team, assisting with planning and execution of scheduling and communication of key production information.

Creating detailed schedules and project overviews with accurate and up-to-date task and status info for the team and clients.

Helping to coordinate the team on site for show installs.

Leading the start-up and running of a merch and fashion retail component to the studio.
-
Liaising with our developing production teams of record labels, content studios and artist management.
-
Attend and advise at client meetings, coordinate creatives and freelancers on the requirements of each project.
This role will require a degree of flexibility and weekend working.
