Jorja Smith

We were approached by Jorja Smith to design her upcoming tour in support of the Falling or Flying album. It was her ambition to create an impactful piece of original contemporary design that spatially articulated the narrative and emotions held within the album. Jorja informed us that the album was a product of her often shifting emotional state, each track building to form the full spectrum of human emotion. Our concept concentrates on the feeling of being suspended between two states of emotion; flying or falling, fear or bravery, failure or success. In this suspended state, you teeter on the edge of two contrasting worlds.
